It wasn't Avast as it started to stutter again. I found a permanent fix for the mouse stutter in my case. I wonder if that has something to do with the problem.

Is there a 64 bit version of Avast because my version is 32 bit running on a 64 bit system. It must be Avast's background monitoring that causes it.

#MICROSOFT WIRELESS MOUSE 1000 STUTTERS DRIVERS#
The PC is a ryzen 2700x + 16 gb ram - so I'm thinking it should be enough for the cursor to not stutter.Īs a note: it isn't stuttering always, but when it starts it remains like that(maybe goes a bit light sometimes) until the next restart.īefore you answer - yes, I've reinstalled the drivers from Device Manager.Īs for possible causes - Wireless Routers(?) At home there is one on my desk so maybe it's that, but at work it's at a 3m distance from my desk so there it's def not that. I'm not doing heavy stuff in Chrome either, let's say it's youtube and reddit - it still stutters. So I'm a bit frustrated seeing how in Chrome(that's it, that's the main app, along with some background apps from nvidia, amd, etc) it stutters like hell. I'm not talking about cheap or no-name mice, first there was a MS Sculpt Comfort and now it's a Logitech MX Master 2s - same issue with both, proprietary receivers and built in(PC/Laptop) Bluetooth receivers. I use persistent in the title because I changed mice, drivers, batteries, windows versions and even upgraded my CPU + MB(thinking that maybe they were too old or something). This happens on two PCs, one is Win 10 Enterprise, one is Home, both up to date(the home one is on the Slow Insider Ring, possibly).
